Seasonal Ice Cream Classes
Back by popular demand! Come join Carmela founder Jessica Mortarotti this winter to learn how to make our award-winning seasonal ice cream at home!
She will go over the basics of creating both ice cream and sorbet – with demonstrations and tastings of each. She will also discuss flavor inspiration, utilizing local farmers market produce and pairing ideas.
Winter is the season of citrus in southern California and we will be making Meyer Lemon Olive Oil ice cream and Orange Vanilla Bean sorbet.
Classes are held at our Pasadena creamery and seating is limited, so reserve today!
