Seasonal Ice Cream Classes

Come join Carmela founders Jessica Mortarotti and Zachary Cox this winter to learn how to make our seasonal ice cream and sorbet at home!

We will go over the basics of creating ice cream and sorbet – with demonstrations and tastings of each. We will also go over flavor inspiration, utilizing local farmers market produce and pairing ideas.

In our winter class we will be making Meyer Lemon Olive Oil ice cream, as well as Orange Vanilla Bean sorbet. 

All classes are held at our Pasadena creamery.
