Seasonal Ice Cream Classes

Come join Carmela founders Jessica Mortarotti and Zachary Cox this fall to learn how to make our seasonal ice cream and sorbet at home!

We will go over the basics of creating ice cream and sorbet – with demonstrations and tastings of each. We will also discuss flavor inspiration, utilizing local farmers market produce and pairing ideas.

In our spring class, we will be making Dark Chocolate with Cacao Nibs ice cream and Cara Cara sorbet.

All classes are held at our Pasadena creamery.
