Seasonal Ice Cream Classes

Come join Carmela founders Jessica Mortarotti and Zachary Cox this summer to learn how to make our seasonal ice cream and sorbet at home!

We will go over the basics of creating ice cream and sorbet – with demonstrations and tastings of each. We will also discuss flavor inspiration, utilizing local farmers market produce and pairing ideas.

In our spring class, we will be making Strawberry Buttermilk Ice Cream, as well as Blackberry Vanilla Bean Sorbet

All classes are held at our Pasadena creamery.
