Each season we hold a new home ice cream making class in our Pasadena creamery taught by Carmela Ice Cream founders, Jessica Mortarotti and Zachary Cox.

We go over the basics of creating ice cream and sorbet bases at home from start to finish - with demonstrations and tastings of each. We also go over flavor inspiration, utilizing local farmers market produce and pairing ideas.

For our Spring classes, we will be teaching our popular Earl Grey Tea ice cream and our newest Spring-inspired sorbet, Carrot Orange Ginger.
