Winter Ice Cream Classes

Learn how to make ice cream with Carmela Ice Cream founders Jessica
Mortarotti and Zachary Cox. We will go over the basics of creating ice
cream and sorbet at home – with demonstrations and tastings of each. We will also go over flavor inspiration, utilizing local farmers market produce
and pairing ideas.

For our Winter classes, we will be teaching our spicy Aztec Chocolate ice
cream and nostalgic Orange Vanilla Bean sorbet.

All classes are held at our Pasadena creamery.
