Fall Ice Cream Classes
Fall is one of our favorite ice cream seasons at Carmela. Many of our Fall flavors are designed to pair perfectly with seasonal desserts, such as pies, cakes and tarts.
As with all of our seasonal classes, you will learn how to make ice cream with Carmela founders Jessica Mortarotti and Zachary Cox.
We will go over the basics of creating ice cream at home - with demonstrations and tastings of each.
We will also go over flavor inspiration, utilizing local farmers market produce and pairing ideas.
For our Fall classes, we will be teaching our popular Cardamom ice cream and savory-sweet Cranberry Orange Thyme sorbet.
The ice cream classes will be held at our Pasadena creamery.
