Seasonal Ice Cream Classes

In case you didn’t hear, we’re discontinuing our in-person ice cream classes after this year. So, come join us while you still can!

This summer, join Carmela founder, Jessica Mortarotti, as she shares her secrets and tricks of the trade for making incredible ice cream at home using real, seasonal ingredients.

She will go over the basics of creating both ice cream and sorbet – with demonstrations and tastings of each. She will also discuss flavor inspiration and pairing ideas.

This summer we will be celebrating berry flavors with Strawberry Buttermilk ice cream and Raspberry Rose sorbet.

Classes are demonstration based and held at our Pasadena creamery. Seating is limited.
